From suggester: "I would like to suggest Treemonkey. by *DonLanning because of how he incoporates nature and anatomy into a funtional reality." I would definitely have to agree, the way tissue (especially individual muscles like the quadriceps group) have been blended together with the bark and woody like texture of a tree. The end result is a very carefully constructed piece, two very different testures and mediums but both combined flawlessly into one.

Well first off, I am not a sculptor so please be patient if this critique is a bit rough-it is in a word "Fantastic", a nice solemn yet powerful pose , the expression is quite nice too, brooding as some great apes would do on occassion, I like the special detail that you put in like the grain on the bark textures.
The branch work is also a nicely added detail and the anaotomy is top notch even though you presented a more human physique than simian, all in all a good presentation of a "Tatutek"(Lady in the Water)-very nicely done. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)" />
